Airmore Project

This is an automobile show room we did for Sundt Construction in June 2003.

Impressive, isn't it? This was one of those unusual projects where you have to come up with something innovative that fits into the budget, and at the same time is durable and beautiful.

After trying several methods, we decided to use Gypsum Fiberglass Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) panels instead of sheetrock. We installed 77 panels that were custom made by Moonlight Molds Inc. These panels are 92" X 92".

The wall/ceiling is 4000 square feet with a 470' radius and a 6' 6" radius turn down wall onto the floor. There are 416 holes which are 15" diameter and 35 holes of 36" diameter.

Nominated best private project over $5 Million in 2003
